Hey there!

Sarah Sweet here, but most know me as Sa. I'm an activator and an evolving human, thirsty to learn something new.

I have been an active being all of my life, but in 2020 discovered Pilates which changed my world. Now I would like to encourage others to find their practice and give back to something that resonated deeply within.

Move and Evolve with Me is about finding that connection, we have in us all, to draw a better understand about ourselves.
